The numbers are in for the month of March 2017.
As expected, March was the strongest month of the year as we make our transition from the winter months into spring.
Single family home sales volume is up 8.8% compared to March 2016 and the median sales price is $211,000.
But the real news is in the condo market.
Condo’s saw a massive increase in sales activity and median sales price.
Last month saw a 35% increase in sales activity and a 22% increase in median sales price compared to March 2016.
That is a serious increase and great news for condo owners.
Inventory continues to shrink which means prices will continue to rise.
